It’s a common belief system to think we’re not worthy of great things.
We look at others and think “they have it all”, but have you ever stopped to think why they do and you don’t?
The mind is a beautiful and complex thing but when recurring negative thoughts abound, we develop limiting beliefs about a whole myriad of things — but none greater than our beliefs around money.
Some think they’re unable to be humble or spiritual if there were extra 0’s in their bank accounts (so untrue!). And others think they’re just plain not worthy of more. But why wouldn’t you be?
A little while back I spoke about my #1 mindfulness technique and getting yourself on the right frequency with The Universe to bring about the things you deserve. But part of the process is that you need to believe you deserve it first.
In that same video I spoke about manifesting something I truly wanted (and deserved) for myself. Well, guess what — the beautiful lounge I was talking about? It’s arrived and here in my latest video!

My #laptoplifestyle has now turned into a #laptopcouchlifestyle thanks to Matt Blatt.
For those of you who believe you’re unworthy because you think you need to be closer to perfection — STOP! Right now!
Perfection is such a toxic word. It’s also a fallacy. My latest video is also a testament to how you can’t let hurdles hold you back from believing you deserve great things.
Two lessons for any live-streaming entrepreneurial #BossBabes out there:
1) Tech problems will always happen. Don’t sweat it.
2) Instead, concentrate on the things you can control (like presenting your best self and believing in yourself)
Without believing I was worthy of living an abundant life, I would never have gained what I wanted.
In this case it was a new couch, but what if next time it was something huge — that raise, that life-changing job, that new partner… the possibilities are endless and with negative money beliefs, the only one you’re standing in the way of is… well, YOU.
Say it with me now, “I’m worthy of more” (and don’t forget to believe it).
