This might come as a bit of a surprise, but you know that voice in your head, the one that tells you you’re not good/pretty/smart/***** enough? Yeah well, we all have one. Yep, everyone! And thanks to the help of Melissa Ambrosini, we are now able to master that mean girl and start living our dream lives.
Aussie goddess Melissa Ambrosini has just released her her first book Mastering Your Mean Girl: the no-BS guide to becoming wildly wealthy, fabulously healthy and bursting with love; as someone who’s a sucker for a self-improvement book I couldn’t wait to get my hands on a copy!
Melissa has lovingly dubbed that often evil inner-voice as your ‘Mean Girl’ a totally appropriate title if you ask me! And throughout the book Mel explains what she is, how she is likely to rear her head and what to do when she does. I’ve been aware of my Mean Girl for a while now, I’ve even given here a nickname: Candice (mainly because it reminds me of another 4 letter word starting with C). Candice pipes up all the time but having awareness of when she does, is what this book teaches best.
There are so many things I love about Mastering Your Mean Girl, Mel covers many diverse and important topics spanning health, wealth and love and gently guides you through each with loving advice, soulful wisdom and personal anecdotes about her own journey.
I was fortunate to be able to connect with Mel not long after the book launched and I gotta say, it’s one of the best conversations I’ve ever had! I absolutely LOVE talking about all of this, it really lights me up, plus we had a lot of fun in the process!
Click play, I know you’re gonna get A LOT out of this, and leave me a comment below if you’d like to hear more of these inspiring conversations.
And a big thankyou to TALULAH for this gorgeous dress I’m wearing; and I’d highly recommend Mastering Your OWN Mean Girl.
This is such a great idea! And very much needed in today’s era where the mean girl voice is reinforced through false media messages showing us how to be instead of just learning to love and be ourselves.. Women are learning the hard way 🙁
Couldn’t have said it better myself babe!
